Default Forest County Conditions

I know the trails are closed but what are the conditions like in Forest County? I will be up this weekend and I am wondering what to expect? Are the lakes all slush and water or can I still sneak my sled onto the ice? What about sledding in the woods? Can the kids still use their toboggans?

I know in Appleton there is a lot of grass showing.
