February 24, 2012 Update

Trails are still CLOSED due to the warm temps

Don't forget to call the Trail Condition Phone Line 414-299-0330 for the most current condition

Trail maps are done and are being dropped off to the local clubs and businesses.

Waukesha trail sytem is split up into three sections, because of land development.
The North Section consists of trails north of I-94.
The Southwest Section consists of trails in Mukwonago, Eagle, and Kettle Moraine State Forest.
The Southest Section consists of trails in Muskego and New Berlin

Please remember to stay on the Marked Trails and Ride Safe

If you are caught riding on the closed trails in Waukesha your DNR # on your sled will be turned over to the law enforcement for trespassing.

One quick reminder: If you park your truck at a business to unload and ride your sled, please ask the owner of the property for permission to park and also ask them where they would like you to park your rig.

Racing starts 10am sharp Registration 7am to 9:15am. Ovals to start appo. 3pm with Dash for Cash to run at 4:30pm

On the Trail & Main Street downtown Dousman
Starts @ 11am

February 11th, 2012 - Kettle Moraine Riders 5th Annual Chilli Dump and Brat Bash.
On The Trail In NearEagle: Watch for the signs.
Starts at 11am and runs until 5pm.

With the recent snow the groomers are out panning the trails to see if there is enough snow to open the trails later this week.

Trails are still closed at this time until the conditions have been checked out, please do not think the trails are open just because a groomer has gone down the trail once.

Keep up to date on the trail conditions by calling the trail hot-line at 414-299-0330. The groomer operators can update the trail open or closed from the groomer on the phone hot-line.
